      *engineering focused *good work/life balance - extremely flexible; while at times overtime is required, 90% of work is 40 hours a week *company values its employees - generous benefits *plenty of opportunity for professional advancement

      Cons

      * average compensation * stock options underwater * company keeps chasing big payoff, high margin projects which most often turn into duds, while under investing in other units

      Pros

      Came in with not too much order to the internship, but I was allowed to make a lot of the opportunity.

      Cons

      Company seems to have a culture where many old employees have stuck around but not advanced far within the company. Perhaps a sign of happiness working there, but it scared a much younger employee like me off.
