      Pros

      Better compensation package including health services and benefits Respect between the management and employess; between colleagues; and between the company and the community Provides balance between the employee's work and personal and family life Provides training and other opppurtunities for the employee's career enhancement

      Cons

      As a semiconductor manufacturing company, it it expected that business economics is always experiencing a constant cycle of higher performance (and income) at one time and down turn at another season. It is always an expected trend.

      Good tech. Nice atmosphere to learn. Interesting projects. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Compensation is 30% below industry average. The company refuses to recoginize that compensation is an issue. You cant hide it anymore. This does not motivate engineers, nobody will take risks, nobody will go out of the way and no thinking out of the box is encouraged. Do you want people to do the bare minimum?
