      Very stable and strong company. Many opportunites for employees for advancement and growth. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Supervisors and Managers have lots of freedom. HR and higher management should have regular one-on-one with employees and listen to their greviences.

      You can do whatever you want on a day-to-day basis as long as you complete the minimum. This is beneficial if you are driven... There is a collegial environment for technical people.

      Cons

      There are many people who are doing the bare minimum and few people who are striving for excellence - particularly in business management. It is extremely difficult to advance one's career here. Wait for someone to die...
