      Pros

      Entreprenurial culture, balance of work and personal life, good benefits; most senior managers are long-time veterans of the business and know their stuff. Ray Stata is a class act. Great, friendly, collaborative engineering environment.

      Cons

      No central vision for marketing strategy, disorganized, chaotic; new management on learning curve; stay away from Marketing Group. Poor management.

      ADGT is a good company which offers growth to their employees in many ways.

      Pros

      The environment in ADGT is not highly pressured unlike other work places. I believe that the company values its employees’ working time by giving them the freedom of when to take their break and when to work.

      Cons

      Although the flexible working hours signifies an enjoyable, unrestricted, and lowly pressured working environment, it may leave employees to be too lax.
