      Steady job, work offers good varity, rewards can be unspectacular though, especially if you discount shift premium

      The work here offers good varity, its a good place to learn, the company is well established and appears pretty secure.

      Cons

      Recent pay freezes and general focus on cost cutting has affected moral, the goodwill of some staff has waned over time. Company emphasizes value of bonuses to employees in compensation packages but these are dependent on company performance and not guaranteed.

      Overall, its a good place to work at, couple of things I'm not satisfied are salary and promotion criteria.

      Great place to work on cutting edge technology and products. Very knowledgeable and co-operative colleagues. Very Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries are really low as compared to the competitors. Promotions for the most part depend on the length of your employment. They give very meager annual raises.
