      It was a mixed experience, team did not get along well but work was interesting & highly flexible times

      Pros

      Flexibility in work hours & ability to work from home, Interesting and challenging work, high job security, good bonus program

      Cons

      members in the team did not get along causing friction and a tough environment to work in, this resulted in number of team members leaving the group leading to an understaffed team. Base salary was not competitive against other companies, poor middle management (always stalling than taking action), failure of management to listen to down to up communication

      Pros

      very friendly and healthy work culture. You are free to put in your efforts, thoughts, ideas even though you are working at lower levels of the hierarchy.

      Cons

      there are not many benefits or perks compared to other companies. Other than that, it is pretty good.
