      They always gave me a good amount of work to do. If you are interested in what they do, you will always have something cool to do.

      Pros

      I stayed with Analog for 18+ years in the Philippines and it was a really great stay. They have the culture of caring across the organization and treat all employees as fairly as possible.

      Cons

      Leadership has been a by-product of traditional managers from pioneer semicon companies, new management style takes while to be absorbed.
