      Some of the industries greatest technologists work here. The company is reaching into more of the entire system domain thus creating unique opportunities for the right talent.

      Cons

      Rigid insecure layer of middle senior managers who are afraid of letting others around them take on responsibility. The company is undergoing a cultural change now which will create some challenges only true leaders can manage.
