      Work/life balance Nice people depends on which group you are assigned to and what your job function is. Front-end engineers get treated better and compensated higher. nice bonus program, but that is because the base salary is very low

      compensation in silicon valley area is significantly below market rate frequent reorgs favor sales over engineers developing products

      tons of opportunities, you can progress through the organization. very helpful colleagues. value hard work. job can be flexible. plenty of things to learn since it is a large organization.

      Cons

      job progression can be slow at times. it's also the only large semiconductor company in the northeast and opportunities to meet and benchmark with our industry vets are hard to come by.
