Adi has great people that are always willing to help and collaborate for the bette good of the company. Politics are kept at a minimum compare to other companies.

Cons

There are problems at every company but for adi they can improve their hiring time . they have lost out on some great people due to slow process

Cons

Not promoted in 2 years time span. Takes more that 2 years for some known good engineers.
