      Pros

      Great innovation, flexible , great applications and some good people in the company. Entrepreneurialism is promoted within the company. Autonomy is also supported.

      Cons

      To rigid, influence needed to make progress, promotions systems are old and protect current management. But workload is too high on too few people. Middle management change is needed.

      Awesome people: Sharp , down-to-earth , purely technical colleagues. Everyone feel the ownership of the project, committed.

      Cons

      Not a big campus. Minimal cultural activities. Minimal team outings, no room to take rest if you are sick.
