      good benefits and plenty of time off. great 401k plan.

      Cons

      long term temp. no flexible schedule 24h/op. women seem to get better raises than men. just a number in a corporation. no career advances or opportunities

      Pros

      Analog's HR facility is so far the best. Also. earning opportunity and trainings are provided. Except that they always put bonds around it.

      Cons

      You have to fight for fixture and tester allocation. It's quite a challenge to accomplish tasks that are dependent on tools.
