Pros
Work-life balance, great management, you get training locally and internationally all paid by the company, a sense of family not just with the department but within the company as a whole, respect for every individual, a lot of activities outside work like community relations and company activities presenting talents and skills through projects, overall total compensation is ok, top management and HR are great!
Cons
Career growth is at your own pace, you need to step up according to your own goals. The company is big, you need to do an extra mile to be seen, and the salary is not that competitive compared to other companies.
