Pros

ADI historically has been and continues to be a company for engineers. The hiring process is rigorous, but if you make the cut, you can be assured of working with some of the best IC development engineers in the world. ADI has legends in the industry still working there and most engineers are extremely generous with their time. People will take the time to work with you and teach you what they know.

Cons

The downsides tend to be lower compensation compared to the industry and lack of career opportunities and planning. This is an area that ADI continues to try and improve but with little success. Hopefully they will keep working and improving the system.

Cons

Pay ison the low side. HR is horrendous. Lots of older people. Few young people. Upper management is not that well.
