      Amazing work life balance, on good quarters good bonus, discounted stock purchasing options though limited

      Cons

      Riases are low, promotions seem slow and hard to get, and you can be siloed into doing boring work

      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities for new engineers. Seems to be a great place to be an established engineer at. Interesting work. Cushy bonuses for high leveled engineers.

      Cons

      Some teams are run very well, others are not. Management does not truly care about new employees and refuses to promote. Very cliche-y. C-suite lacks direction and vision with their goal to integrate more software into a semiconductor company. Lots of important development, design, and engineering teams have been offshored which limits learning opportunities.
