Pros
Work-Life Balance at Best. Company has a lot of non-work related activities that supports interest of both employees and the business. Good Culture. People are respectful and supportive at all times. Good benefits, allowances and shuttle services were provided. Best of the best, hybrid set up.
Cons
Slow career progression if you are someone just starting out in the industry or newly grad, but there are internal trainings you can utilize. But overall, still a good retirement company I may say. Salary may be lower compares to other semiconductor company.
