      The company has been doing a number of rounds of layoffs, despite reporting record-breaking profits every quarter - disappointing, but not surprising.

      - Beautiful campus - Smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Waaaay too many management layers - incredibly risk averse, and definitely not in a good way - no idea how to handle acquisitions - too many reorgs without real need - claims to “play the long game” but lays people off to manage the books when things look even moderately unfavorable
