Pros
Good all around experience if you wanna hone your engineering skillset and corporate soft skills. people are willing to offer help on what they can despite from different departments/jobrole. company offers good benefits and career opportunities
Cons
job role is varying from person to person. one product engineer's workload may not be the same as the next from another team/strategy, say company tools used and ATE to be proficient in. you cant really expect the same work nor expect the same recognition since management problem is a reoccurring complaint in this department. me personally is the high effort and high expectations but low recognition and reward/compensation
