      Pros

      An excellent working atmosphere. Some really smart people in the building, who have had lots of patents in the IC design atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very boring work around. It is highly impossible to grow much in the company due to how big the company is.

      Pros

      Some clever people left over from the old days. Minimal technical interference. Get to design a great deal of new blocks.

      Cons

      Shockingly bad salary. Marketing and management meddling. Very little support for new employees. No corporate leadership. No reward for achievement. Far more E15 managers than designers.

      Good place to learn new technologies, flexible schedule, do not micro manage, decent benefits, good people to work with, lots of opportunity to work on new projects with other teams.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive with similar jobs at competing companies, organization is fairly flat, not a great deal of opportunity for growth.
