      Pros

      My experience across the organisation (US, Asia and Ireland) has been positive - good people, good cooperation and challenging work. Compensation is good but not a leader. Generally flexible on vacation time and time off requests. Overall happy with company and no wish/plans to move.

      Cons

      Generally the turn-over is low so advancement can be an issue. Layoffs seem to have become a regular event each Fall which has a big impact on morale. Changes in market focus is another disruptive issue.

      Great large company with a real sense of innovation and what you need to stay successful for a long time. Still treats all employees with respect.
