      Pros

      when hiring ADI takes into consideration not only a person's experience and knowledge but their personality as well which is why it has great company culture with friendly and supportive people. it was an absolute pleasure to work there.

      Cons

      it was hard to grow and get into another position at this company due to so many long term employees staying. but that's just proves that the company treats it's people well.
