      Great benefits and access to any resource to help you do your job better. Great profit sharing. An overall sence that leadership is there to help the individual contributer be productive.

      Cons

      Middle management out of touch. Too much focus on strategic (long term) efforts and not tactical (day to day). Many current programs are starved of people causing missed deadlines and employee stress.
