      Best Work Culture you would ever get. People are too good and polite. You get lot of opportunities at junior levels. High focus of technicals.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive. It varies a lot with different teams and their contribution towards company. Management is a bit poor.

      6yrs + with ADI. Mangers work with their reports to grow your product knowledge (including paid educational classes) as well as financially to max your earning potential. RSU and merit raises are annual. Provided you have a good work ethic. Friendly environment and culture.

      Low on Field Sales help = more territory to cover.
