      Pros

      friendly, technical sharp minded and open people... best place to start your career.... I was lucky to start my career here... Some of the best engineers work here... most managers(people who are there from the initial days of IPDC) are really technical, non-political - especially blackfin and high speed converter teams.. you don't have to worry about promotions or recognition or rewards as long as you do well ... lot of opportunities to learn, you can contribute to technical discussions irrespective of your experience...everyone values your opinion....
