      Pros

      The work culture is excellent, with good work life balance. The environment is a bit laid back, which can get frustrating at times. The pay is above par, but not the best. Liberal leave policy. Managers and peers trust each other which is the best part of working here. Opportunities to grow depends on the team.

      Cons

      Hikes are not too high. RSUs are limited and given to few employees only. Slow decision making. Slow growth.
