      Heading in the Wrong Direction

      Pros

      Analog was one of the best employers in Limerick, but that was quite a while ago now.

      Cons

      Company culture was going in the wrong direction and I'm lead to believe has continued getting worse since I left... more manufacturing volume, more development projects with less resources (1 or 2 experienced engineers per year being let go), then a panic around yield or development deadlines every quarter or two because staff's attention had been divided across so many areas, very little was getting done to the standard it should have been.
