      Get to handle many adjoining areas of work. Like a startup. Work pressure is more, so is the learning. Team size is small, people get visibility for work. Visibility to mgmt is better.

      Some areas have to depend on contractors. They prefer to hire contractors. Ramping them up for each project is a pain. Team size is small.
