      Pros

      Technology is good, and opportunities to learn in the right team.

      Cons

      Management sets unrealistic timelines and resources for projects. All projects in the past 5 years have been delayed by months. Expectation are always unclear going into a project. Handful of people doing bulk of the work. There is no ownership. Issues are passed on from one team to another, since no one wants to take responsibility. Lot of deadweight in the company.

      Pros

      one of the best companies I have worked for of this size. the compensation is not on the high end; but the culture helps to compensate. They could do a better job of promoting within, but there is also a lot of independence to create new opportunities within the roles.

      Cons

      Company's structure is changing, which could negatively affect current job.
