      Pros

      No foreigners for operators assembler. Almost 100% local are employed.

      Cons

      Basic staff benefits such as lower annual leave entitlement, only take minimum public holidays, not gym, suara for moslem not proper manage, old school minded by management, not so tech savy in operations thus they still using old school technology.
