      Great Work Environment but So-So Pay

      Pros

      Just this year, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan was made available for ADI employees, which is great for developing personal investments for the long term. The work environment is really good, people are kind, and the work is interesting. Employees are able to develop and apply various skills (both technical and soft skills). ADI is multi-cultural and open to diversity. And the facilities/offices are clean. Can't emphasize enough how great it is to have a clean working environment! Higher job grades allow you to apply for interest subsidies to assist you with an autoloan/housing loan. The company will pay for 80% of the interest. 13.5 month pay for Philippine employees.

      Cons

      Annual increases aren't mind blowing. Not bad, but not great either. Feels like baby steps. I was promoted to a "Senior"-titled position but my annual salary only jumped 9%. Which only translates to +70USD per month or ~3600PHP per month BEFORE TAX. Tax eats it up lol. Doesn't feel like a promotion to me.
