      Caution. Misleading joining bonus terms!!!!

      Compensation is competitive. No other pros as such

      Cons

      Company has played with words on their offer letter with joining bonus terms. The clause time period is more than their verbal offer letter as they calculate from the last installment receiving date, so 2 years clause could actually be 3 or 4 years. Read the clause very carefully before accepting. Non flexible working hours.
