      Pros

      Amazing people, most of which are leaving due to merger with Maxim.

      Cons

      Since the merger with Maxim, most people are put on a treadmill and constantly gas lit when they don't make their unrealistic deadlines. The vibe is the company is now hollow and all employees, including managers are echoing this. Low pay, and nothing people do is good enough. 2 people leave you'll have to do their job also for the same pay. Last bonus was 0% and salary freeze in place.

      Sudden redundancy notice without clear explanation and basis on employee got selected. (They expalined it's not through performance, Level/position and just randomly picked) Feels like no job security at all.
