      Its not growing, so less people will experience this toxic stagnation

      Cons

      Incompetent, irrational, over promising, under delivering politicians replaced rational technical management in both mergers. Nearly everyone from both Linear and Maxim has experienced constant decline since their mergers. The power groups have no competent leadership, no vision, no plan, and no future.
