      Favouratism no the part of Managers hampers morale of juniors/starters Have worked with Managers in US, UK and India and came to the conclusion that if you are new to the team then it's very tough to get recognition and easy to get sidelined and be at the receiving end of bias. No growth for junior innovators Responsibility with little to no reward
