      Work life balance from a condensed work week schedule, bonuses, paid time off

      Cons

      Micromanagment is a huge problem. A lot of nepotism where entire families work together and parents/partners are higher ups which allows for them to quickly move up the ladder. Management also tend to use bullying techniques to get people to work harder.
