      - got to learn a wide range of skills and information - worked on projects involving many different engineers across the fab - all engineers were very encouraging and wanted to help me succeed

      Cons

      - demanding and long hours, not great work-life balance - frequently got called in the middle of the night

      Plenty of Holiday Friendly working environment People willing to knowledge share

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies. Constant re-orgs and redundancies Older people still working let go and replaced by young low paid grads not enough funding going to right places to replace ageing. systems upper management completely disconnected with the ordinary worker.
