      Provides good working environment to grow technically and otherwise, very competitive compensation for the employees, well organized and attention to provide quality products

      Cons

      Like any other large company, it can be slow to respond to immediate needs of employees to get the job done. A bit too conservative when markets slow down. Would rather cut costs rather than use some of the cash...

      -Very technical atmosphere -Fast interactions with senior engineers in advanced projects -not much polititcs -ample social personal clubs/groups and concerned activities -culture keeps designations at bay. people don't recognize you as a newbie even when you first time enter as a fresher. you can be an immediate part of the company -career depends much on how good is your manager!

      Cons

      -nothing much... can't justify why people say that salaries are low here. -overtime not recognized or paid. -frequent overtimes may be required. -
