Pros

Good work life balance, not too much pressure.

Cons

All the symptoms of the commercial bank, some micro management. Managers don't know new techniques well but like to talk about them.

Pros

Very accommodating with personal life. You can turn to be remote permanently if you want. Even more to other states and still be working for the company.

Cons

It seems that the people at a manager level stays at that level too long, just moving from department to department to get salary increases but not really moving up unless you are working endless hours to accomplish way more than you can handle in a normal work week.
