Pros

It is easy work. You are never guessing on how you are doing or how to improve. You can make incentive just by doing you job and alot of it.

Cons

You schedule changes every 6 months to a year and your schedule will go back an hour with daylight saving time. Also the medical plans cost a lot and they only offer high deductable plans.

Pros

Company isn't kidding when it promotes its work-life balance Smart people - many people are hired directly from their MBA degrees

Cons

- slow pace of getting things done, in exchange for work-life balance - bureaucracy and too many layers - promotion is dependent on team growth or if someone leaves - lack of ambition all around, so not a place to be if you want fast/merit-based advancement
