      They give a lot of responsibility from the get go even at the analyst level. If you are driven and have good relationship management skills you will see quick upward mobility up to a certain point.

      This Company really takes care of the human capital and they have a lot of additional benefit to offer to the employees

      To grow takes too long and the promotions are not significant at the base salary. It is a very prudent company and the decision making is slow

      Good leadership from top down. Leaders provide purpose which motivates and joins all departments together. Always looking to keep employees happy and provide good benefits

      Cons

      Slow moving organisation. Difficult to move up between the banding levels. Within the Madrid office friends are provided opportunities over others. Lost a lot of good people who's jobs were moved to different locations
