Pros

- no micromanagers or unreasonable management expectations - awesome team - reasonable deadlines - interesting projects / problems to work on.

Cons

- operational noise / sev2s is insane. everything is a sev2. - rto and rth policy has been over the top and ruined the culture - ai is over the top and in some cases has been more of a hinderance than a benefit. - doesn't pay very well in the UK
