- Colleagues are helpful - I got lucky with a customer facing project that was sufficiently complex - Manager was very supportive

Cons

- RTO5 is tiring. Wasn't strictly enforced in my office though. - It seems that there isn't good communication between teams. - The tech stack and dev environment has a very steep learning curve. - On-call is super tiring according to the tenured engineers.
