- High impact work, opportunities to develop and influence at scale - Can use interesting tech to solve problems, working with smart people - Good pay - Things are good if you have a good manager/org, but this varies based on the team you’re placed

Cons

- WLB can be tough to manage - Some of the culture is toxic, for example around ops
