Pros

1. 100% remote working with option to go to office. 2. Good career progression; no quota for promotion. 3. Generous paycheck and sign-on bonus. 4. Huge diversity. 5. No micromanagement; you have complete trust to do your job (and support if needed).

Cons

1. Tools and processes are surprisingly clunky, frustrating to use at first. 2. You obviously have to be interested in AWS technology, which can be dry for some. This can also be a steep learning curve. 3. Fast-paced with (healthy) competition — you snooze, you lose! May be stressful at times. 4. Heavy on the pay scale, but minimal company perks.
