Pros

AWS is a Market leader, and can provide wide area of experience to sales people from enterprise, to public sector to SMB.

Cons

Weak HR practices and programs for other job roles like program manager. They try to force fit people into sales. people are highly unable to vest their RSU, too many complex policies.
