      Pros

      - Employees believe in Customer Obsession and it drives most daily decisions. -Customers talk the same talk as Amazon. It's easier to find solution alignment when both companies are built on the same core values. -AWS gives 60 - 90 days to learn Amazon culture and internal processes before you directly interact with clients.

      Cons

      -Ninety day onboarding time is too long to wait to start building customer relationships. -Coming from a much smaller company, it takes time to get used to having so many smart cooks in the kitchen.

      Truly functions by the Leadership Principles in all aspects of the work Rehires talent (even after extended personal hiatus) Takes time to build a team (at least they do on my team)

      Cons

      There continues to be a trend of people forging ahead and creating something "new" without checking around to see if that something exists already. (Duplication of effort that creates competition)

      This is a self-service company, so you have to be ready to organize things yourself, find the answers you need and learn new things every day
