      Pros

      Technology, People, Total Compensation are all admirable

      Cons

      Finding a way to get all that you need to get done in a 40 hour week is pretty much a pipe dream. Plan on working beyond 40 hours consistently. You have your regular job but in order to "raise the high bar" prepare to be stretched to the limit just to keep your head above water.
