Pros
They hold a high standard on work/life balance by NOT incentivizing overtime and encouraging efficiency during work hours to get stuff done. They provide mentors and teach you a great portion of what you need to know. If you possess curiousity, ask the right questions, and like to build your own schedule (during work hours), this is the place for you!
Cons
As a college graduate entering industry for the first time, I was overwhelmed with how many processes and workflows I had to learn, some of which I didn't ask because I had so many questions. After this phase, it was smoother sailing and easier days.
