Pros

-Getting to work in an emerging industry that is dynamic and exciting - Providing solutions to end customers that will help them save time and money - Learning from some of the best and brightest leaders in tech while having the support I need to advance my career

Cons

*Not necessarily Cons but things to be aware of* - Being an LDR can be challenging especially during the onboarding period. - Also, LDR's must have a high level of accountability and integrity while representing AWS in the Public or Commercial Sector. Self-motivation is a must.
