Pros

Super smart and inspiring colleagues, flexible working hours as long as you deliver on your commitments, working from home possible. Great internal career opportunities. Travel opportunities. The culture is very strong.

Cons

Compensation isn’t great compared to industry benchmarks, can be hard getting a good work life balance. Not great benefits comparing to industry standards or Swedish standards but the flexibility is worth it.
